Aurania will hold its Annual General & Special Meeting of Shareholders on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at 4:15pm ET in the Caledonia Room-S7 at Vantage Venues, 150 King Street West, 27th Floor in Toronto.

For those interested, Chairman and CEO, Dr. Keith Barron will provide an introduction to the Lost Cities – Cutucu Project at 3:00pm ET.

The formal part of the Meeting will commence at 4:15pm followed by a brief presentation on the Company’s activities to date.
