Aurania Resources Announces $6.35 Million Rights Offering

Aurania Resources is pleased to announce that it will be undertaking a rights offering to raise up to $6.35 million. The Company is offering rights to purchase common shares to eligible shareholders of record, at the close of business on the record date of February 4, 2019, on the basis of one right for each common share held.

Aurania reports up to 9% copper with 185 grams per tonne (“g/t”) silver – from grab samples of rock in streams draining a doughnut-shaped magnetic feature identified as the “Tsenken-A” porphyry target in magnetic data from the Lost Cities – Cutucu Project (“Project”) in southeastern Ecuador.
