Aurania’s Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Thursday, June 13, 2024 at 1:30pm EST at the Company’s offices at 8 King Street East, Suite 1800, Toronto, ON.
The formal part of the meeting takes approximately 30 minutes and will be followed by a brief update from Aurania’s President & CEO, Dr. Keith Barron. A replay will be available at a later date.
